The project is a 150 acre residential township development by Ajmera Realty, located at Mumbai-Nasik Highway, Khardi. The project consists of retails, school and healthcare along with budget housing. It offers spacious and skilfully designed 1RK, 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. The project is well equipped with all modern amenities and 24X7 security service to facilitate the needs of the residents. At present, this area sees frequent power outages and is water deficient with no municipal supply expected for next 7-8 Years.

TRANSVEN engaged to facilitate effective water management practices, infrastructure development. MEPF design for buildings& conservative energy use planning to promote self sustaining low cost township development.

  • To reduce the burden on active treatment process that engage regular maintenance and constant removal of hazardable sludge - Government approved natural oxidation treatment process called Phythroid treatment beds was recommended in the project.
  • Considering that there is frequent power outage in the area, optimized electrical design for the project was required.Applicability of solar pumps was shared with the client and is currently being explored
  • Detailed study for use of solar supported pumps for operations are being explored and under review
  • In addition use of solar assisted external lighting is also under recommendation awaiting approval.
