AlJamea-tus-Saifiyah is the principal educational institute of the Dawoodi Bohra community with branches in Surat, Karachi and Nairobi operated by the trust ‘The Saifee Foundation’.
A new branch of the institute is proposed by the Trust at Marol, Andheri, Mumbai. Very much like other branches of the institute, the resplendent institute building at Mumbai will bring to life centuries old Fatemi architecture and at the same time incorporate modern amenities.
The building will house two Educational Institutes, Hostel facilities for girls and boys, Auditorium and Residential area for staff having 2 basement levels for parking.
The institute will continue in its tradition of being environmentally responsible by ensuring that the building in Mumbai adhere to the principles of sustainable development and will be designed to have minimum environmental impact during construction, in-use and during end of life disposal. The project proposes to be sustainable to the highest levels by incorporating various green features.
