It comprises of 3 residential apartment buildings with 2 & 3 BHK apartments and amenities such as swimming pool, banquet and open play areas.

Transven carried out a one-of-its-kind post-development assessment to help, identify and justify perusal of IGBC certification program as a tool to achieve sustainable development.

The intent was to evaluate the benchmarks established during design stage, and to verify actual performance of the project from sustainability perspective, post 2-3 years of occupancy. Key findings of the report are as follows:-

  • Potential energy saved by the project is estimated to 11 lakh kW which has resulted in savings of approximately Rs. 80 lakh for all units.
  • Savings measured by reduced freshwater revealed savings of approximately 1.8 lakh litres
  • Organic waste management generates revenue of Rs. 2.10 lakhs per annum.
