Sustainable development forms the core of Vatika Group’s corporate policy. Transven is assisting the project design team in following the prestigious LEED rating pathway to incorporate sustainability in the construction.The project aims to achieve Gold rating under ‘Core & Shell’ category.

The salient features of the project from the sustainability standpoint are as follows:

• The project diverts at least 95% of construction waste generated from landfills by reusing them on site and handing to recycling agents and scrap vendors.
• The project will use only green seal certified or equivalent housekeeping chemicals
• At least 40% of the materials, by cost, are manufactured within a radius of 400 Km, thus reducing the environmental impact associated with transportation using fossil fuels and pollution.
