Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd. ( ECGC ) is a Government of India Enterprise which provides export credit insurance facilities to exporters and banks in India.

It functions under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and is managed by a Board of Directors comprising representatives of the Government, Reserve Bank of India, banking , insurance and exporting community

The aforesaid project is a Commercial-cum-Residential office space for ECGC. As the Principal MEPF designers the infrastructure for the entire campus is planned to amalgamate the commercial and residential complex in a seamless yet well separated manner

With the built up area of 1,80,000 sq ft the commercial project sprawls in a neighborhood of residential projects. The residential compound serves a part of the larger campus i.e. around 2,00,000 sq.ft. The structure is awarded internationally for its design and follows the ECBC , CPWD and LEED India guidelines for its design framework.
