‘Elcome Headquarters’ is an office building developed by ‘Elcome Integrated Systems Pvt. Ltd.’ in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The project (G+6 floors & 1 basement) will feature Computer labs, meeting rooms, conference rooms, administrative offices, storage rooms and workshops, canteen and pantry.

Transven is assisting the project design team to aim for LEED Platinum rating under the ver 4.0 New construction category. In this process Transven also engaged as developing the façade design, external lighting design and performance multiple building envelop studies to develop and enhance the performance of the development.

The salient features of the project are:-

• 100% of roof areas will be covered with heat reflective measures such as china mosaic tiles and roof vegetation thus reducing the impact on microclimate due to the formation of Heat Islands.
• External lighting design of the building and the open areas comply with IESNA and ASHRAE design standards wherein dark sky design criteria and light trespass design standards have been adhered with.
