Gera Development Builders & Developers propose to build a commercial complex ‘Imperium V’ at Goa.

Transven are engaged as the MEPF designers. Located in the populous region of Panjim this project serves the community by offering shopping and office areas. The technology responds to the typology of clientele wherein robust and low maintenance systems are recommended. The Mechanical systems are standalone which enables effective controls of usage and effectiveness. Electrical lighting and systems designs comply with efficiency in adherence with NBC and ECBC. Water systems are gravity based reducing the burden on base energy requirements and all a zero discharge design is achieved in this water scarce region.

The highlights of the project from the sustainability standpoint are as follows:

• Energy efficient LED fixtures will be used for lighting.
• BMS System will be used for Monitoring and Controlling of Energy Usage.
