State Bank of India (SBI) is developing a Corporate Office of around 2,00,000 square feet built up area in GIFT City, Gandhinagar

The first of its kind project in the GIFT City, Transven is privileged to participate as the MEP and Green certification facilitator for the project and accredited company to offer services as part of empanelled consultant with GIFT.

This iconic building designed by Ar. Prem Nath is a blend of fascination and blend of state of the art technology. All engineering services are designed in adherence with international design standards that allow participation of diversified services. The challenge of creating a congruence of these multiple technologies has been realised using Building information modelling.

Apart from the green features incorporated in design to meet Platinum status under the IGBC new building category the project also accommodates façade integrated solar generation panels, water resistant roof vegetation, zero water discharge techniques and centralized waste disposal system.
