The Lalit Suri Hospitality campus spread across 4.98 acres of site area consists of two blocks, institute block & Hostel block in Faridabad. The project celebrates vernacular architecture with intelligent use of local materials to create sustainable habitat. Extensive use of brick with passive design features of courtyard, Jaali work for window fenestration are few of the architectural reminisce adopted in design.

With a low carbon footprint the project successfully accommodates amenities Car Museum, Seminar hall, Canteen, Auditorium, Recreational Facilities, gym, Guest room etc.

The highlights of the project are as follows:

• The project ensures that various components constituting the envelope viz:- roof, fenestration, wall and windows contribute to energy efficiency of the building
• 100% of wood used in the project are FSC certified.
