This project features laboratories, texting rigs and offices.In line with the corporate policy, the project, with assistance from Transven as the Energy consultant and Green Building Facilitatorseeks to ensure sustainable developmentby adopting passive design measures and the prestigious LEED rating system pathway. The project is aiming to achieve Gold rating under the ‘New Construction’ category by installing various green features.

The salient features of the project are:-

• Use of pre-cast concrete to ensure minimum waste of materials during construction phase
• All spaces in the project meet lighting levels using daylight.
• The large volume laboratories and testing rigs are passively ventilated by adopting mix mode ventilation mechanism. This mechanism takes benefit of the local site and climate conditions to assist with meeting adaptable thermal comfort conditions.
