‘M/s. Skystar Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.’ is engaged in realty and construction business with operations based out of Mumbai. ‘Sunteck City, Sector II’ is a residential project in Goregaon, Mumbai. The development consists of 2 residential buildings comprising of 2 & 3 BHK residential apartments. The building height being greater than 70 m,the project has complied and secured HRC approval from MCGM. Transven assisted the due diligence and compliance by preparing the report which involved detailed shadow, wind, air pollution and traffic impact analysis.

The highlights of these analysis are:

• Shadow analysis revealed that the new development does not significantly the sunlight received by the adjacent buildings.
• Wind analysis revealed that the proposed design does not impact natural ventilation potential of the neighbouring buildings and the proposed development is designed to maximize free flow wind penetration in its deeper habitable areas
• Microclimate studies revealed that AC heat dissipation occurs within the project site and does not impact neighbouring buildings.
